**About Us**

Pedestal Health is an integrated evidence partner for life sciences, building longitudinal patient cohorts that compound over time to support the decisions ahead.

## Built for the decisions ahead

Pedestal Health operates a continuous evidence system: prospectively designed, deeply phenotyped cohorts that extend with each new question rather than restart. The same patients, continuously queried as questions evolve about safety, effectiveness, treatment response, disease progression, and the populations clinical trials underrepresent.

We partner with life sciences on the studies where evidence matters most: new drug development, label expansion, regulatory submission, post-approval safety and effectiveness, and the evidence base that informs clinical practice and care delivery. The cohorts are built where the evidence already lives, in partnership with the health systems and clinicians caring for the patients the data represents.
