## Challenge

Real-world patterns of romiplostim treatment in adults with ITP—including treatment duration, dose modifications, and discontinuation—had not been characterized in a large US hematology practice dataset.

## Solution

Target RWE researchers analyzed real-world hematology data to describe romiplostim treatment patterns in adult ITP patients, characterizing dose trajectories, treatment duration, and rates of discontinuation or switching.

## Impact

Providing an early characterization of real-world romiplostim treatment patterns informs Amgen's commercial strategy and contributes to the evidence base for optimal romiplostim use.
