## Challenge

This is a RAD 2023 oral version of the same adolescent unmet needs study as Row 34 (poster). Conference oral presentation disseminating the finding that nearly one-third of eligible adolescents with moderate-to-severe AD do not progress to AST and that PRO improvements are limited even in AST-treated patients.

## Solution

TARGET-DERM AD registry used to characterize adolescent treatment patterns and 12-week/52-week outcomes by AST status.

## Impact

Oral presentation at RAD 2023 elevates the adolescent AD unmet needs findings to a high-visibility platform, accelerating prescriber and sponsor awareness of the real-world gap between available and utilized advanced therapies in this population.
