## Challenge

This is the RAD 2021 poster—the earliest presentation—of the burden-by-severity findings that were subsequently published in manuscript form (Row 11) and presented at Fall Clinical 2022 (Row 36). First dissemination of the finding that vIGA-AD severity is strongly associated with patient-reported symptom and QoL burden.

## Solution

TARGET-DERM AD cohort analysis of vIGA-AD/PRO correlations at RAD 2021, providing the initial real-world validation of the clinician-patient burden relationship in AD.

## Impact

RAD 2021 presentation initiates the multi-venue dissemination of the vIGA-AD/PRO correlation evidence, establishing the real-world foundation for clinician and PRO endpoint validation in AD that supports regulatory and commercial strategy across multiple AD development programs.
