## Challenge

This is a second conference presentation of the same pruritus impact study (presented as both AASLD 2020 posters 1276 and a companion publication), providing an additional dissemination venue for the multi-domain quality of life findings in PBC pruritus.

## Solution

Identical analytical approach to poster 61 above: TARGET-PBC PRO data analyzed across itch severity groups using PBC-40, 5D-Itch, and PROMIS Fatigue instruments.

## Impact

Multi-venue dissemination of the pruritus burden findings broadens the reach of the evidence to diverse clinical and scientific audiences, reinforcing the evidence base for anti-pruritic endpoints across gastroenterology and hepatology communities.

## Use Cases / Links

Multi-venue dissemination of PBC pruritus burden evidence for broad regulatory and clinical impact, PRO-based quality of life data in PBC pruritus for anti-pruritic drug development context, Patient burden evidence supporting GSK-TARGET partnership in PBC pruritus management
