Ashley Pierce is a finance executive with 18+ years of progressive leadership experience transforming finance organizations from traditional accounting functions into strategic business partners. As Head of Finance at Target RWE, Ashley is passionate about building best-in-class finance operations that move beyond hindsight reporting to deliver forward-looking, insightful data that drives real operational improvement.

Ashley's career spans public accounting at PwC, entrepreneurial advisory work, and senior finance leadership at high-growth organizations — including VP & Treasurer at Capitol Broadcasting Company and VP of Global Finance at Syneos Health. She brings deep expertise in financial systems optimization, process transformation and scaling finance operations in complex, fast-moving environments.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Accountancy from NC State University, and is a licensed CPA in North Carolina.
