Raheem Daya

Currently serving as CTO at Target RWE, Raheem Daya is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in managing and transforming complex technical environments for diverse organizations, from startups to major industry players. He excels in building and leading high-performance technical teams and implementing innovative solutions that align technology with business objectives. Prior to this, he was with Amazon Web Services, where he led the development of groundbreaking prototypes using cutting-edge technologies including large-scale processing, machine learning, and generative AI for public sector clients in various domains including genomics, health care, and EdTech.

Before this, Raheem spent 12 years at McKesson in various roles. As VP of Technology at Macro Helix, he led a major technical transformation, reduced outages by 95%, and migrated platforms to Azure. His earlier roles at McKesson involved leading the way in the use of big data technologies and data science to improve business outcomes. He was awarded two McKesson Distinguished Technologist awards for his contributions in these areas.

Raheem holds a BS in Computer Science from Georgia State University and a Certificate of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
