Steve Swanson

Steve Swanson is the Chief Commercial Officer at Target RWE where he leads the company's commercial strategies, focusing on expanding commercial partnerships with health systems and life sciences research partners.

Prior to joining Target RWE, Steve served as Vice President of Life Sciences Partnerships at Flatiron Health. As a founding member of the San Francisco office, he established collaborations with leading life sciences companies, concentrating on oncology real-world evidence. Steve's earlier experience includes roles in early research at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, global value and access consulting with IQVIA, and mentoring health tech startup leaders in San Francisco and New York City.

He holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Genetics and Technology Management from the University of California, Davis.
