Challenge

This is a Fall Clinical 2022 poster version of the same burden-by-severity study as Row 11 (manuscript) and Row 40 (RAD 2021 poster). Conference presentation of the finding that vIGA-AD severity is strongly associated with patient-reported symptom and QoL burden.

Solution

TARGET-DERM AD cohort analysis examining associations between vIGA-AD severity categories and POEM/DLQI/CDLQI using ordinal logistic and linear regression.

Impact

Fall Clinical 2022 dissemination of the vIGA-AD/PRO correlation evidence broadens prescriber and sponsor awareness of the clinical meaningfulness of disease severity assessment, supporting PRO endpoint adoption in AD trials.
