Pruritus in Primary Biliary Cholangitis is Under-Treated in Clinical Practice: Results from TARGET-PBC.
Pruritus in Primary Biliary Cholangitis is Under-Treated in Clinical Practice: Results from TARGET-PBC (AASLD 2020)

Challenge
This is a second conference presentation of the same pruritus undertreatment study (companion to poster 62), providing additional dissemination for the treatment gap findings in PBC pruritus management.
Solution
Identical analytical approach to poster 62 above: TARGET-PBC cohort analysis of itch treatment receipt rates by itch severity, characterizing the treatment gap.
Impact
Multi-venue dissemination of the treatment gap findings reinforces the unmet need argument across hepatology and gastroenterology audiences, strengthening the commercial and regulatory context for novel PBC anti-pruritic therapies.
